On May 25, 2020, the SQL Family Team on Folding@Home passed the One Billion “Grand Score” count for work unit credits. This is pretty incredible, especially since our team has only been around since March 8, 2020.
We currently have 145 members on the team, and anyone is welcome to join. Our Team Number is 236,388. The SQL Family Team is currently in 351st place out of 253,585 teams.
I have learned quite a bit about Folding@Home over the past three months. I have also written a number of blog posts about some of my experiences. I hope you find these interesting and helpful.

The number one team overall is CureCoin, with a Grand Score of 1.088 Trillion. They have 8,509 members! The team ranking page only goes down to the top 100 teams, but the team currently in 100th place is Whitepages. They have a Grand Score of 5.85 Billion.
I really want to thank everyone who has helped out with this effort, whether you are on the SQL Family Team or not. Please keep up the hard work!

It would be great if everyone could keep up the effort to get SQLFamily on the top 100 board of overall teams. With a little over two months of ramp up, we’ve hit the 1 billion mark, if we can get several more heavy hitters with higher end GPU’s, we could easily rise above the 5 billion mark to get into the top 100 before the end of the year.
I would love to see that! If we keep spreading the word, it might happen.
I hope with this pace,
it will be achieved!
